SISTERS IN CRIME (SinC) is a group for readers as well as writers. This Thursday, we kick off another season of awesome lectures, featuring Michael A. Levine, a distinguished insider in the worlds of Canadian publishing, film and TV.

 A former partner of Goodmans LLP, Michael is chairman of Westwood Creative Artists, Canada’s largest literary agency representing more than 400 authors. He is also chairman of Bravo!/FACT, director of the National Screen Institute and has served as executive producer of many fiction and non-fiction films and television properties, many of which tell Canadian stories, including:  “The Terry Fox Story,” “Republic of Doyle,” “Canadians: Biographies of a Nation,” and The Heritage Minutes for The CRB Foundation and Historica.

Michael will speak on “Representation of authors in a digital age: The mystery of multi-platforming.”

WORD ON THE STREET (WotS) Everyone and anyone to do with books and publishing will be there. All of the writer associations are located on Wellesley Street this year in the Writer’s Block Tent. TRW is in booth WB11. We have a ton of FREE BOOKS and swag.
