Shape-shifters, shamans, and spies, oh, my!

SHIFT HAPPENS

SHIFT HAPPENS

I’m having fun doing cover designs for the self-pubbed re-print of SHIFT HAPPENS. Whaddya think?

Here’s the promo:   Shape-shifters, shamans, and spies, oh, my!

Risk-averse anthropologist ADRIAN THORNAPPLE has been playing it safe with an office job, but when his neighbor ODs on his doorstep, he finally gets that life is short, civilization doesn’t mean safe, and that he should follow his dreams. When his college mentor invites him on a jungle expedition, he quashes his fears and agrees to go deep in the rainforest.

But his expedition morphs into a nightmare of illegal drugs, slave labor, and a terrifying quest through the jungle and the spirit world. Worse yet, his companion and protector is a fierce and beautiful jaguar with whom he might be falling in love!

Adrian just wants to go home… until he learns saving the world is a lot more fun than returning to his corporate cubicle!

Note: This is a m/f re-write of the m/m version originally published by Amber Quill.
