“Humor is emotional chaos remembered in tranquility.” ~James Thurber

I have no idea what that means, but I always liked Thurber.

And in other news… well, there isn’t any.

I continue to float placidly in that brief, pleasant limbo between “deal” and “edits/deadlines”.

I suspect in the not-too-distant future, I’ll be freaking out about due dates and galleys and all that other writerly stuff.

In the meantime, I poke away at an unrelated project.

  1. When chaos calms down, there’s a funny story at the end of it. At least, one hopes so. 😉 I’ll lend you my life jacket for when you start to sink.

  2. I’m going to sink? Oh, noes!
